We use our 1970s Italian cocoa press to extract cocoa butter from our roasted cacao beans. Cocoa press cake is the other by-product. This is ground to produce our natural cocoa powder.
We use our cocoa powder in many of the products sold in our shop, from our chocolate syrup to our hot cocoa to our famous brownies.
