Chocolate Classes

Join us for an immersive chocolate-making experience that takes you from cacao tree to finished chocolate. Through engaging videos, photos, and hands-on tastings, you’ll learn how cacao was first used by the ancient Maya and how we transform it into our chocolate, using modern chocolate-making machinery in our factory right here on Ambergris Caye.
