Organic natural cocoa powder


We use our 1970s Italian cocoa press to extract cocoa butter from our roasted cacao beans.  The cocoa press cake is the other by-product.  This is ground to produce our natural cocoa powder. 

Our cocoa powder is used in everything from our chocolate syrup to hot cocoa to our famous brownies.

Our cocoa powder just received a silver award at the International Chocolate Awards
