We are one of the few chocolate makers sourcing, making and selling in the country of origin and have been doing so since 2007.
We only use beans that are fair trade or direct trade and are organic
We regularly visit our farmers and know many of them and their families personally
We do not add any preservatives to our chocolate. Unlike the majority of chocolate makers we produce and use our own cocoa butter from belizean cacao.
