We use certified organic, fairtrade and direct trade from small family farms in Southern Belize and Belizean cane sugar to make our signature Kakaw Belizean Chocolate.

We are family owned and operated since 2007 (no big corporations here), and are one of the few chocolate makers sourcing, making and selling in the country of origin.
We only use beans that are organic, fair trade or direct trade.
We regularly visit our farmers and know many of them and their families personally
We do not add any preservatives to our chocolate. Unlike the majority of chocolate makers we produce and use our own cocoa butter from belizean cacao.
